As a company we’ve been working with CKS Accountancy since we started in 2014. We’ve grown since then and have found that CKS have adapted to our growing needs seamlessly.
They provide inimitable support when it comes to tax, end of year accounts and payroll. We were prepared for digital VAT months before HMRC requested it, thanks to the accounting programmes recommended by CKS and their support when converting to using it.
We deal mainly with Rachel, but have also worked with Andrew and Lucy. All three are beyond professional, knowledgeable and friendly.
Questions are answered in a timely manner and there is phone support should we need it. Whenever we’ve had trouble finding something on our accounting system, or have found an obscure figure that we can’t account for Rachel is very good at helping us find the amount within the paperwork or systems and solving what can feel like an impossible problem.
As a company we have recommend CKS to family and friends due to the high level of service we have received and would recommend their services to any business, small ,medium, or large; or to anyone managing accounts. We wouldn’t want to work with anyone else.
